The conical support member (26) has a base area (28)disposed adjacent one end (12) of the housing (10) and an apex area (36) spaced towardsthe other end (14) of the housing. Radial apertures (48-54) having a predetermined widthdimension (d) divide the conical support member (26) into a plurality of wedge portions(40-46). A blade assembly (64) is comprised of a plurality of separate blades (66, 72)which are fixedly secured to each other in a pattern identical to the pattern of aperturesin the support member. The blades have a thickness dimension (t) which is greater thanthe width dimension (d) of the apertures in order that the blade assembly will beretained in the conical support member by a press-fit relationship established betweenthe blades and apertures.
