Repayment Agreement

1. Loan Details

1.1 The Lender agrees to lend Party B the amount of [Loan Amount]

(hereinafter referred to as the "Loan") for the purpose of [Loan Purpose].

1.2 The Loan shall accrue interest at a rate of [Interest Rate]% per

annum. The interest shall be calculated on the outstanding principal balance

and shall be payable monthly.

1.3 The Loan shall be repaid in [Number of Installments] equal monthly

installments of [Installment Amount], each due on the [Due Date] of every

month, starting from [Start Date], until the Loan is fully repaid.

1.4 Party B shall make all payments in [Currency] to the designated bank

account of Party A as provided in Clause 5.

1.5 Party B shall have the right to repay the Loan in full or in part at any

time without any penalty.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Party B shall ensure that each monthly installment is paid in full on

or before the due date. Failure to make timely payments shall constitute a

default.

2.2 In the event of default, Party B shall pay a late fee of [Late Fee

Amount] for each day the payment is overdue.

2.3 In the case of default, Party A reserves the right to take legal action

to recover the outstanding amount and any associated costs.

2.4 Party A shall provide a receipt for each payment received from Party

B.

3. Loan Modification

3.1 Any modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be made in

writing and signed by both parties.

3.2 Party A shall have the right to assign or transfer the Loan to a third

party upon written notice to Party B.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

4.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance

with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement

shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
