SNX27对肿瘤细胞生物学行为的影响
及其调节的下游四基因标志物模型预
测肿瘤免疫治疗后生存结果
摘要:SNX27是一种多功能分子,在囊泡运输、膜蛋白修饰和
信号传导等过程中发挥重要作用。最近的研究表明,SNX27在
肿瘤细胞中也具有重要的作用,可以影响细胞分化、增殖、迁
移、转化和免疫逃逸等生物学行为。此外,SNX27还可以调节
多种信号通路,包括Rho GTP酶、Wnt/β-catenin、
PI3K/Akt/mTOR、NF-κB和JAK/STAT等。本文旨在探讨SNX27
对肿瘤细胞生物学行为的影响及其调节的下游四基因标志物模
型预测肿瘤免疫治疗后生存的结果。通过查阅相关文献,我们
发现SNX27的表达水平在多种恶性肿瘤中均有显著变化,且通
常呈现下调趋势。进一步实验表明,SNX27可以抑制肿瘤细胞
的增殖和迁移,并通过调节细胞周期、凋亡和自噬等机制发挥
其抗癌作用。值得注意的是,SNX27还可以调控肿瘤免疫逃逸
和免疫治疗效果。我们利用机器学习方法构建了一个包含
FOXP3、PD-L1、CTLA-4和IDO1四个标志物的模型,可以预测
肿瘤患者在免疫治疗后的生存结果。总之,SNX27是一个重要
的调节因子,可能成为治疗肿瘤的新靶点。

Introduction
SNX27 is a member of the sorting nexin protein family,
which plays a key role in endosomal sorting, membrane
protein modification, and signal transduction. In
recent years, emerging evidence suggests that SNX27 is
involved in the biology of cancer cells, including
differentiation, proliferation, migration,
transformation, and immune escape. Moreover, SNX27 can
regulate several signaling pathways, such as Rho
GTPase, Wnt/β-catenin, PI3K/Akt/mTOR, NF-κB, and
JAK/STAT. This review aims to discuss the impact of
SNX27 on the biological behavior of cancer cells and
its downstream genes as biomarkers for predicting the
prognosis of immune therapy.
SNX27 and Malignant Tumors
Reduced expression of SNX27 has been observed in
various types of cancers, such as breast cancer, lung
cancer, prostate cancer, and colorectal cancer.
Downregulation of SNX27 is associated with poor
prognosis and aggressive behavior of cancer cells.
Overexpression of SNX27 in cancer cells can inhibit
cell proliferation and migration, induce cell cycle
arrest and apoptosis, and activate the autophagy
pathway. SNX27 may function as a tumor suppressor by
regulating the levels of oncoproteins, such as c-Myc,
cyclin D1, and Akt.
