入侵检测系统发展简述

Abstract: Intrusion detection system is one of the critical compositions in information assurance

system. In this paper we give a review of the development of the intrusion system in that 20 years. We

also take a brief introduction on the intrusion detection techniques and the development in the future.

1 引言

在当前的信息时代，随着互联网技术的高速发展，计算模式由传统的以单机为主的模式向基于网络的分布式模式转化，而由此引发的网络入侵的风险性也随之大大增加，网络安全与信息安全问题成为了人们高度重视的问题。

早期对于网络安全主要采取的是保护的手段，其核心思想是构建一个绝对安全的系统，所采取的主要技术手段有数据加密、认证授权、访问控制、安全审计、安全内核等，但是这些技术存在有以下不足：

1) 设计和实现绝对安全的系统是不可能的，即不可能构建绝对安全的系统，同时，对于已经投入使用的系统，将其升级为“安全”的系统也是代价极高且不可能实现的；

2) 数据加密方法有其自身的弱点，同时，密码有可能丢失或被有入侵企图的用户破译；
