水资源管理（water resources management）

A water resources management system is the basic system of organization

system and the national water resources management authority, rational

exploitation, utilization, conservation and protection of water resources and the

prevention and control of water disasters, realize the sustainable utilization of

water resources protection organization. To reform and perfect the management

system of water resources and further strengthen the unified management of

the requirement of water resources only in accordance with the basin

development, utilization and management, in order to properly handle the upper

shall be carried out at the basin level, and the need to strengthen or develop

appropriate system according to the. The important rivers in China are inter

provincial basins, and the natural characteristics make the relationship between

watershed management and administrative regional management more

important.

Three, the original 1988 promulgated the "water law" stipulates that "the state

of water resources unified management and classification, sub sector
