Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for

conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations

for decision-making in a dynamic business environment. The

successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively

with cross-functional teams to support the achievement of

business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis of business operations

and results, including revenue, expenses, and capital

expenditures.

• Develop financial models to support forecasting and

budgeting processes.

• Analyze trends in financial performance and identify

opportunities for improvement.

• Provide guidance and support to business unit

leaders in making financial decisions.

• Support the ongoing development and implementation

of financial policies and procedures.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

reports for management.

• Participate in the development of strategic plans

and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost

savings and process improvements.

• Participate in the annual audit process, including

the preparation of schedules and analysis.

• Serve as a key point of contact for financial

inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related

field

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis

or a related field

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other

financial analysis software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and

financial statements

• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize

tasks

• Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting

processes

Working Conditions:

The Financial Analyst will work in an office

environment, typically during standard business hours. Some

travel may be required for occasional business meetings or

conferences.

Physical Requirements:

The Financial Analyst must be able to sit for extended

periods of time and may be required to occasionally lift

and move equipment or materials. Reasonable accommodations
