Today, I am honored to stand before you to talk about the topic of academic style

construction. As we all know, a good academic atmosphere is the foundation for the

healthy development of a school. It not only reflects the overall quality of the school, but

also plays a crucial role in shaping the character and learning attitude of students.

Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of academic style in

our school.

First and foremost, the construction of academic style requires the joint efforts of the

entire school. Teachers are the main promoters of academic style construction. They

should not only have a high level of professional knowledge, but also be strict with

themselves and others in academic research and teaching. They should set an example for

students in terms of respecting knowledge, seeking truth, and being rigorous and realistic.

Meanwhile, students are also the main participants in academic style construction. They
