H.R.2420的实施
On May 14, 2009, Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX) introduced the bill, H.R.
2420, which proposes to amend the Toxic Substances Control Act
(“TSCA”) of 1976 to ensure a uniform Federal scheme of regulation of
restrictions in the use of certain substances in electrical products and
equipment in interstate and foreign commerce, and for other purposes.
美国德克萨斯州众议员Michael Burgess于2009 年5 月14 日在国会对一
个法案，H.R.2420进行了介绍，这个法案用以修订1976年制定的《有毒物
