在装卸港，岸上起重机由租家负责支付（抓斗由船东负责并在船东账户支付）。

船舶到达装卸港引航站时，将发出装船通知。如果装船通知在当地时间12:00之前（包括12:00）发出，则装运时间应从当地时间13:00开始计算。如果装船通知在当地时间12:00之后发出，则装运时间应从次日6:00开始计算。

在船舶到达港口前，租家应确保货物和文件已准备就绪，并在船方发出装船通知后的四个工作日内（包括周日和节假日）开始装载货物。如果船舶未能按照租家的要求开始装货，则租家应每三天预付30,000美元/天的滞期费。否则，船东有权通过电传或传真通知租家，撤回船只并没收保证金。如果LAYTIME时间用完，船舶进入滞期，则租家应每三天预付30,000美元/天的滞期费。如果未能做到，船东有权撤回船只并没收定金。
