Test Stratgy 规则:

◆ 所有IC全部需要Claming Diode Measure 。

◆ 大于等于10 PIN 的IC和大于等于8 PIN的Connector需要TestJet 测试。

◆ 一些重要的电压产生IC需使用Voltage Measure。

◆ 有Library的IC需Vector Digital Test,没有Library的IC可先使用Dummy library进行Hybrid资源分配。

◆ 晶振规划到Frequency Measure 。

◆ 对金属表面的Connector添加Dummy board测试,如CN10。

4.2.3 Library准备,包括IC,MOSFET,Diode等 。

4.2.4 根据Bom表,比对好各料头之间的差异 。第一个料头Debug完后,可根据与其他料头的差异,更改差异的测试程序,完成其他料头的程序,减少Debug时间。

4.3.7 点开WireAnalysis,选择需要测试的芯片,编辑芯片测试方式。编辑完毕,点Save保存,进行Analysis分析。如图15所示。

3)注意事项

 BIOS测试易受EC干扰,测试前需将EC Reset,将EC控制信号3920_RST# P-Lo即可将EC disable

 有些机种将EC_RST# P-Lo后还是无法完全disable EC,可以把BIOS与EC相连的PIN pull Hi,如下图所示。

将该PIN绕至Hybrid上并P-Hi

 BIOS的4个信号PIN全部要用音源线,增加抗干扰性,且CLK信号要放在下模,缩短排线长度,减少干扰。

 为减少ICT烧录MAC ID对BIOS data的破坏,测试BIOS前需将其CS#信号pull Hi,测试时将其reset,测试完毕再pull Hi,以便对BIOS进行保护。

4.3.16 执行Analog 进入Short/Open Learning 界面,通过Learning OK板,结合CAD文件资料生成Short Group。如图25所示。

信息上传路径。将板子的测试结果在此路径下生成testresult文档,然后由shopfloor从此路径下抓资料。

上传板子选择窗口。可选择只上传PASS板,还是所有的板子都上传。

4.3.19 参数设置完毕,程序Debug OK后,程序可以进行测试,完整的测试程序包括:Discharge->Open->Short->IC Open->Parts->Clamp Diode->On Power。如图33所示。

5.2程序开发注意事项:

◆ 厂商转出二次八档时,在TR软体工具栏的Program→Analysis Wizard中的资料不用重新填写资料,可直接从第一次做的程序中把文件拷贝过来,数据如下

Power Data→*.wpd

Crystal Data→*.wcd

User Relay Data→*.usr

Special Data→*.wsn

Wire Analysis→*.wir

◆ 在做ON POWER 程序时严格遵照系统开机时序来做程序是有必要的

adapter18v->VIN->3vpcu&5vpcu->s5_on(3.3)->suson(3.3v)->mainon(3.3v)

->lan_power(3.3)->1.8v_on(3.3)->vron(3.3).

◆ 在发包做治具前先把要量测的电压列出来然后考虑哪些Net是影响电压的输出,需要把针拔掉的,为了Coverage的提升尽量少拔除针,把Net分配到User Relay Board上。

◆ 当程序跑出来了后不要急着加做烧录步骤,先导入BOM,然后在个人电脑上将MDA里不上件的Parts 标注为NC再SKIP,完后继续完善烧录程序,这样可以避免烧录程序的混乱。

分配好BIOS或者其他需要烧录IC的Hybrid资源,注意其他信号对BIOS信号的干扰,最好BIOS PIN之间隔开5 PIN且不要绕其他信号。

◆ 由于很多Parts需要用ON POWER部分测试 所以需将部分IC和Q类的控制PIN和电源PIN拉在HYBRID卡上。

◆ 三级管导通电压测试要求source电压设置为4V。
