Worrying serves no purpose unless you do something about it .

How do you cope with anxieties you face in your life?

As we all know, most people have various emotions in daily life.

Some people may feel frustrated when t heir bosses scold them for

their work mistakes. Some students feel nervous and anxious when

they face the exam of the subject. When we experience some

situations which wean not overcome at once we will get anxiety and

they may drive us to the distraction. Anxiety will bring us physical

and mental torture. As a result, the case will get worse and worse.

And we will be lack of confidence to finish the work. So learning how

to overcome anxiety is particularly vital or us.

For students, anxiety can be described as a shadow, especially

in the examination, the fear and panic caused by this anxiety is even

more distracting. And because that factors exist, some people

simply think anxiety as the only factor for their failure without

considering their own shortcomings and other reasons. There is no

doubt that exams are important to our Students , but it's more

important to have a right attitude towards them. | want to tell these

people that anxiety is a normal thing. It's not as terrible as we

thought. On the contrary, as long as we treat it calmly, we can easily

overcome it and even do things better. As a matter of fact, exams

are no more than a means of evaluating, therefore ,there is no need

to worry too much about the results. Only studying hard very day

and making good preparation for exams can avoid suffering from

the test anxiety. How to overcome anxiety?

Firs tly, we should have a great control to let us calm down when

we meet some emergency situations. Thus , our brain will get

precious time to think about how to do with this terrible situation.

On the contrary, if we are in a panic, the best chance to gain success

will fly away.

Although it may be difficult to do that, we should do it again

and again, and then we will get enough experiences to overcome

our anxious. Secondly, it's also essential for us to know some good

ways which can overcome anxiety.

When you are in hard situations, and there are some people

who still speak negative words to you, just ignore them. You should

tell yourself that it's my own business ,so I must deal with it by my

heart, and | can't be influenced by other person., Last but not least,

we should open up our train of thought to think over the situation .

And it is benefit for us to let our friends give us a hand. Surely, we

must mainly depend on ourselves.

Thus, we will overcome our anxiety, get a strong motivation ,

and gain a clear way to finish our tasks. In a nutshell, we should have

a good psychological quality to overcome anxiety, and we need to

learn how to be st ronger.
