名词解释：慢阅读，是指用足够的时间，沉潜在一本书中，不急

于“赶路”，而是“慢慢的欣赏”。美国教授托马斯·纽柯克正在提倡

“慢阅读”，他认为这是从文字中发现更多意义和乐趣的一种方式。

人们一般可以把阅读划分为两大类：一是慢阅读，即slow

reading;二是快速阅读(fast reading 或speed reading)，多项研究表

明，慢阅读不仅能激发智力(intellectual stimulation)，而且可以减缓

压力(reduces stress levels)。

第二段中的cozy作形容词，意为“温馨的;惬意的”，亦可以写为
