1. Purpose of the Agreement合同目的

This International Sale Contract of Goods (the "Agreement")

establishes the conditions for the sale and delivery of goods by

the Seller to the Buyer.本国际货物销售合同（以下简称“合同”）

规定了卖方向买方销售和交货货物的条件。

2. Goods and Quantity货物和数量

The Seller agrees to sell and deliver to the Buyer the

following goods (the "Goods"):卖方同意向买方销售和交付以下

货物（以下简称“货物”）：

4. Delivery交货

The Seller agrees to deliver the Goods to the Buyer at [insert

5. Inspection and Acceptance检验和验收

The Buyer shall have the right to inspect and accept the

Goods within [insert number of days] days after delivery. If the

Buyer finds any defects, damages, or discrepancies, the Buyer

days after the inspection.买方有权在货物交付后[填写天数]天内
