Serial Indoor High-voltage Live Display Device
1. 适用范围
1. Applicable Range
1.1 DXN7
系列户内高压带电显示装置(以下简称显示装置),适用于户内额定电压为3, 6, 10,
27. 5, 35KV; 频率为50HZ
D的开关设备上,用以反映显示装置处高压回路带电状况。
1.1 DXN7 serial indoor high-voltage live display device (referring to as the display device
thereinafter) is suitable for the indoor switchgear with rated voltages of 3, 6, 10, 27.5, 35KV
and frequency of 50Hz to reflect charged state of high voltage circuit at the display device.
1.2 显示装置中支柱绝缘子式传感器,可以与各类型高压开关柜、隔离开关、接地开关等配套。
1.2 The post insulator style sensor in the display device can be matched with all kinds of high
voltage switch cabinet, isolation switch and grounding switch etc.
1.3 显示装置不但可以提示回路带电状况,而且还可以与电磁锁配合,实现强制闭锁开关柜操作手柄及网门。达到防止带电关、合接地开关、防止误入带电间隔的目的。提高开关设备防误性能。
1.3 The display device can not only prompt charged state of the circuit but also be cooperated
with the electric magnet lock to compulsory lock the operation handle of the switch cabinet
and the gate of the grid thus to prevent live switching on/off of grounding switch, prevent
access into live isolation and rise up error action of the switchgear.
1.4 正常使用环境条件
1.4 Environmental condition for normal operation
1.4.1 普通型
1.4.1 Normal Type
a. 安装地点不超过海拔高度1000m
a. The installation site should be no higher than 1000m above sea level.
b. 周围环境温度上限值为40°C,下限值为:-25°C
b. The upper limit of ambient temperature is 40°C while the lower limit is -25°C.
c. 相对湿度在环境温度为20C时,日平均不大于95 %
c. The daily relative humidity in average under ambient temperature of 20°C is no higher
than 95%.
d. 周围空气无明显地受尘埃、腐蚀性易燃性气体、水蒸气或盐雾等污染的场所。
d. There is no place where ambient air is obviously polluted by dust, corrosive or
inflammable gas, steam or salt mist etc.

1.4.2 加强绝缘型(全工状型)
1.4.2 Strengthened Insulation Type (full operation type)
a. 安装地点海拔高度3000m及以下。
a. The installation site should be lower than 3000m above sea level.
b. 适用于凝露环境。

c. 适用于Ⅱ级污秽环境。
c. It is suitable for Class II pollution environment.

显示装置由传感器与显示器两单元件组成,经用户外加导线连接为一体,显示装置型号及其含义如下:
The display device consists of two units, i.e. the sensor and the display which are connected
into a whole by user’s wires. The model of the display device and its meanings are as follows:

a. 按额定电压等级分为:3、6、10、27.5、35 KV;

3.结构概述
3. Brief Introduction to the Structure
显示装置的传感器和显示器经外接导线,联通成电容分压回路(见图1原理图)
The sensor and the display of the display device are connected by external wires into the
capacitance voltage-dividing circuit (see the schematic diagram of Figure 1).

3.1 传感器
3.1 Sensor
传感器制成支柱绝缘子式,内埋高强介电功能性材料制成芯棒式电容C1、其C1的一端经上法兰与高压母线连接,C1另一端由传感器下端(二次接线端)连接(见图2),传感器的外形结构根据配套要求,制成不同高度和各式伞裙(如图4~7所示)。根据安装要求,上法兰制成有单螺孔、双螺孔、四螺孔(具体孔径、孔距、孔数见表2)。传感器的外绝缘结构有以下二种:
The sensor is made in the post insulator style which is internally buried with core-rod style
capacitor C1 made of high dielectric functional material. One end of the capacitor C1 is connected
with high voltage bus via the upper flange while the other end is connected with the lower end of
the sensor (secondary connection terminal) (see Figure 2). According to requirement of operation
the outline structure of the sensor can be made in different heights and different umbrella skirts
(shown as in Figure 4-7). According to requirement of installation, the upper flange has single
screw hole, double screw holes and four screw holes (detailed diameter of hole, distance of holes
and number of holes are shown in Table 2). The outer insulation structure of the sensor has two
kinds as follows:
a. 用环氧树脂制成的外绝缘套,中间埋设高压电容C1,制成的传感器其型号CG3型
(见图2)
a. The outer insulation sleeve made of epoxy resin with high voltage capacitor C1 buried inside.
The model of the finished sensor is CG3 (see Figure 2).

b. 具有阻燃性,憎水性的SMC材料制成的外绝缘套与高压电容C1,制成的传感器,其型号为CG2(见图3)。
b. The sensor is made of the outer insulation sleeve which is made by flame-retarded and
hydrophobic SMC material and the high voltage capacitor and the model is CG2 (see Figure 3).

显示器功能有:提示型和强制性。提示型有单显示(即三只传感器配一只显示器,接线原理见图10)和双显示(即三只传感器配套二只显示器,接线原理同单显示),二只显示器分别安装在开关柜的两个不同侧面。提示型号氖灯不允许休止。强制型:它不但具备提示型的全部功能,而且利用抽压信号控制电子开关,配合电磁锁强制闭锁。当三相回路只有一相带电时,电磁锁就不能解锁。显示器中的直键开关是作为氖灯工作与休止状况选择用,当氖灯处于休止状况时强制闭锁回路不得解锁,(接线原理见图11)。
The display has functions as follows: the prompt type and the compulsory type. The prompt
type has single-display (that is, three sensors incorporated with one display and wiring principle is

shown in Figure 10) and double-display (that is, three sensors incorporated with two displays and
wiring principle is the same with that of the single-display). Two displays are mounted on two
different sides of the switch cabinet separately and the neon lamp for the prompt type is not allowed
to halt. For the compulsory type, it has no all functions the prompt type has and electronic switch is
controlled by tapping voltage signal to match compulsory locking of the electromagnet lock. When
one of three-phase circuits is live, the electromagnet lock cannot be unlocked. The straight key in
the display is for selection of working and halting status of the neon lamp. When the neon lamp is
halting the compulsory locking circuit cannot be unlocked (wiring principle is shown in Figure 11).
注:Ⅰ型显示器有提示型和强制闭锁型两种。
Notes: Model I display has two types, i.e. the prompt type and the compulsory type.
Ⅱ型显示器仅有提示型,不具备强制闭锁功能。
Model II has only the prompt type without compulsory locking function.
