Theefficient MOSFETswitches and photovoltaic die useClare’s patented OptoMOS®architecture to provide 3750VRMSof input to output isolation. The optically coupledinputs are controlled by highly efficient GaAIAs infraredLEDs. Dual pole OptoMOS relays provide a more compactdesign solution than discrete single pole relays in a varietyof applications.
