Danny is babyitting his cousin Debbie at the playground. Brian is with them.

丹尼正在操场上临时照看他的表妹戴比，布莱恩和他们在一起。

“Thank you for helping me at the playground today, Brian,” says Danny. “ This is the first

time I have been a babysitter.”

“谢谢你今天在操场上帮助我，布莱恩，”丹尼说，“这是我第一次当临时保姆。”

“ You’re wele,” says Brian. “ But where is Debbie?”

“不客气，”布莱恩说。 “可是戴比在哪里呢？”

Danny turns around. Debbie is on the climbing bars. She has climbed up very high.

Hold on, Debbie! Don’t fall off!

Danny runs to Debbie. “ e down, please!” he says.

“I want to climb higher!”says Debbie.

“我想爬得更高一些！” 戴比说。

“ e down, Debbie,” says Brian. “ You’re too high. Shall we play on the swing? Danny will

“下来，戴比，”布莱恩说。“你太高了。我们荡秋千好吗？丹尼会推你的。”

“ Okay!”says Debbie. “I love swings!” she climbs down. She runs to the swing and climbs on.

“好吧！” 戴比说。“我喜欢秋千！”她爬下来。跑向秋千并爬了上去。

“ Push me, Danny! Push me high on the swing!” she says. Danny gives her a push. “Give me

more pushes,” Debbie laughs.

“推推我，丹尼！把我的秋千推得高高的！”她说。 丹尼用力推了她一下。“给我多推几

下，”戴比笑着说。

“Can I give you a push, Debbie?” asks Brian.

“我可以推你吗，戴比？”布莱恩问道。

“No!!” she says. “I want Danny!”

“不！！”她说。“我想要丹尼（推）！”

Danny is tired. He is hot. “It’s time to stop awinging, debbie.”

丹尼累了。他很热。“该停止荡秋千了，戴比。”

Debbie gets off the swing. “ Let’s run!” she says. “Let’s play catch. Or soccer! What about

basketball? Let’s play!”

戴比从秋千上下来。“咱们跑步吧！”她说。“咱们玩追赶，或者踢足球！打篮球怎么样？

咱们玩吧！”

“I know a good game,” says Danny. “Let’s play ‘lie on the grass’.”

“我知道一个好游戏，”丹尼说。“咱们来玩‘躺在草地上吧’。”
