3SEP OWS型油水分离器浅析

[摘要]

根据《MARPOL73/78 公约》附则I和国内《船舶与海上设施检验规则》规定400

总吨及以上船舶，应装有经主管机关批准的滤油设备，以使通过该设备的油水混合物经

分离入海的水中含油量不超过15ppm。实践证明，油水分离器在防止船舶对海洋造成污

染方面起了很好的作用。我轮配备的3SEP OWS型油水分离器，是一种重力吸附型油水分

离器，本文对其原理及工作过程进行介绍，以及作为主管人员在日常管理中遇到的故障

和港口检查中的一些问题进行分析。

Analysis on 3SEP OWS type Oil Water Separator

[Abstract]

According to the MARPOL73/78 convention annexⅠand Domestic

“ships and offshore facilities inspection rules”,The 400 gross tonnage and above

provisions ship, should be fitted with the approval of the competent authority of the

filter oil equipment, in order to make the device through the oil and water mixture is

separated into the sea of oil concentration in water is less than 15ppm. Practice has

proved, oil water separator in preventing marine pollution caused by ship to play a

good role. Our ship equipped with 3ESP OWS type oil water separator, a gravity

adsorption type oil-water separator, the paper on the principle and working process is

introduced, as well as the competent personnel in the daily management of the fault

and the port inspection met some of the problems are analyzed.
