英语音标发音表 48个音标及其正确读法

一、英语音标介绍

英语48个音标，元音20个，包括单元音如/ ʌ/，和双元音如/ʊə/；辅音28个，包括清

辅音和浊辅音。音标是记录音素的符号，是音素的标写符号。它的制定原则是：一个音素只

用一个音标表示，而一个音标并不只表示一个音素。音标/i:/对应的音素既可以由ee字母组

合发出，也可以由ea，ei等发出，如tea, tree, deceive。
