PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging quantity accounting system capable

of carrying out accounting in accordance with charged electric energy; and a power feed

device and the like.

SOLUTION: In this charging quantity accounting system S provided with this power

feed device 1 supplying power, and a power receiving device 2 receiving power from the

power feed device, and carrying out accounting in accordance with the charge amount of

a charger 25 charging a battery, the power receiving device is provided with the charger

charging the battery, and a charge amount detection means detecting a charge amount

charged to the battery; and the power feed device is provided with a power supply

control means controlling the supply of power to the power receiving device, a supply

quantity detection means detecting the supply quantity supplied by the power supply

control means; a charge amount acquisition means acquiring charge amount information

representing the charge amount detected by the charge amount detection means; and a

comparison means comparing the supply quantity detected by the supply quantity

detection means with the charge amount represented by the charge amount information

acquired by the charge amount acquisition means.
