告警解释说明及处理NTP服务器地址不通告警两种情况:1.时间设置不对,e内没有开通feature此告警先get . Noof查看一下是几通道,根据站点的实际情况,进行修改。比如F8的站点。就noOfRxAntennas noOfTxAntennas 两个参数修改成8RRU硬件告警(RRU没加电,RRRU没加光纤)RRU不活导致的RRU服务不活RRU服务请求告警,说明RRU不活光路不通告警,对应小区光纤不好,或者RRU断电导致无光发出驻波比告警,可以cabx查看RRU驻波比,一般驻波比设置为1.8db,小于1.8db就不会有告警驻波比超标导致RRU服务告警驻波比告警,可以cabx查看RRU驻波比,一般驻波比设置为1.8db,小于1.8db就不会有告警光路高误码率告警,检查光模块是否有异常,更换光模块检查服务超时导致小区不活X2邻区告警,说明对应外部邻区不好,后台维护处理即可X2邻区告警,说明对应外部邻区不好,后台维护处理即可

主从设置问题:同一个机框下的两板主控板都配置成了主用。或是EC线连接错误。或是2G IDB节点logicalname设置无效。1。检查IDB配置中,对主控DUG板的Supportsystemccontrol否设置正确。同一机框下的两块主控板,只能有一个设为主控,另一个设为辅。添加的外部节点EC端口是否正常,节点logicalname设置有效。2。检查BB板设置中,是否添加了ExternalNode=XXXX,EcProt=1等MO。端口设置,EcBus引用是否正常。Get . Ecprot等端口是否设置正确。3,检查EC线连接是否正确,端口设置。4。重启主从板的SUP模块,让两块板重新同步。PDU模块开关或保险跳闸。万用表测量PDU电源进出连接,电压,检查空开或保险是否故障。如无问题,合上空开或保除,告警清除。当SP节点的GPS故障,并长久未恢复时,节点的时钟同步源无可用参考时钟时,出现此告警。排除GPS故障解决。1。核查站点历史告警,看小区RRU光路存在问题,光路衰耗不达标,RRU闪断时会引起小区反复退服,起服。按光路故障排查。核查RRU是否存在频繁掉电的情况,如存在供电不足的情况,排查RRU所接供电模块电压,PDU/空开,电源线接头,电缆线径及长度,交直流转换模块,RRU自身等是否正常。3。Lh ru hwlog read查看RRU是否存在硬件故障,如有更换RRU4。核查小区参数设置,有无异常设置引起小区起服异常,如S1链路闪断等。与优化确认。该告警表示license无限接入用户功能开启,提示需要进行扩容。在无限接入用户功能有效期内不影响基站性能。如果在有效期内告警消除,则该站点不需扩容;若超过有限期还有该告警的话,则该站点需申请新的license扩容用户数。有告警的话,get查看。红框里面会显示到期时间DOT连接问题,重启DOT,对换IRU上DOT安装位置,重新制作连接头,更换DOTDOT连接问题,重启DOT,对换IRU上DOT安装位置,重新制作连接头,更换DOTIRU连接丢失,检查光纤,光模块,如是TDD+GSM,GSM IRU无连接,则需修改IRU工作软件 lh ru lmclist修改 lhsh BXP_1 restart 2 修改至正确的软件时钟偏差,无需处理,系统自动调整,如需恢复,则重启基站License没有CXC4012070资源,关闭或则申请带有CXC4012070资源license,关闭 set CXC4012070FeatureState 0系统欠压,检查基站电压是否过低RRU射频功率不足,降低SectorCarrier的发射功率RRU射频功率不足,降低SectorCarrier的发射功率RRU载波资源使用超限,减容共站的GSM载波资源分配失败,大启基站 acc unit=1 restartunit 2/6/1光纤链路性能退化,误码率高,检查RRU-MU光纤,光模块时钟漂移告警,更换GPS蘑菇头,接收器,避雷器,以上更换无效更换则更换DU板
