6S Implementation Plan

1 6S定义和目的 The definition and Purpose of 6S

6S是指整理(SEIRI)、整顿(SEITON)、清扫(SEISO)、清洁(SEIKETSU)、素养(SHITSUKE)、

安全(SAFETY)。

1.1 整理(1S):区分“要”与“不要”的东西,对“不要”的东西进行处理。

目的:腾出空间。

SEIRI: distinguish “necessary” & “unnecessary” items. Deal with the “unnecessary” items.

Purpose: Make some space

1.2 整顿(2S):要的物品依规定定位、定方法摆放整齐,明确标识。

目标:不浪费时间找东西。

SEITON: fix the location and method to put the necessary stuffs. Put them orderly and have

specific identification.

Target: do not waste of time looking for stuffs.

1.3 清扫(3S):清除工作场所内的脏污,并防止污染的发生。

SEIKETSU: clear away the smudge in the workshop and prevent the pollution.

目的:清除脏污,保持工作场所干净。

Purpose: get rid of the smudge and keep the workshop clean.

1.4 清洁(4S):将上面3S实施的做法制度化、规范化、维持其成果。

SEIKETSU:Systematized, standardized above implementation approach of 3s to

maintain its achievement.

目的:通过制度化来维持成果。

Purpose: maintain the achievement through the systematism.

1.5 素养(5S):人人依规定行事,养成良好的习惯。

SHITSUKE: everyone develop good habit in accordance with the regulations.

目的:提升“人的品质”,成为对任何工作都持认真态度的人。

Purpose: improve “people’s personality”, to become a person who have serious attitude to

any work.

1.6 安全(6S):工作环境明朗、清洁,标识、定位有序,安全隐患消除,安全系数

提升,事故发生概率降低。

Safety: the working environment is bright and clear, clean. The identification and the

fixed location are under order. The security risk was eliminated. Improve the safety

factor and reduce the possible rate of the accident.

目的:减少直至消除故障,保证产品安全、设备安全、人员安全。

Purpose: Reduce failure, until the failure was eliminated. Ensure the products safety,

equipment safety, staff safety.

2 推行步骤 Implementation Procedure

2.1 推进方法和目标 The Method and Objective of the Implementation

全员参与6S活动,持续不断改善,从“形式化”到“行事化”,最后形成“习惯化”。

Full participation of 6S activities, have continuous improvement. Make it from “formal” to

“act”. At last make it be habituation.

2.2 6S实施办法 Implementation Method

2.2.1 制定6S活动实施办法

Formulate 6S activity implementation method

2.2.2 制定“要”与“不要”的物品区分标准及“不要”物品的处理办法

Formulate level standards of the “necessary” & “unnecessary” stuffs and the

handling method of the “unnecessary”

2.2.3 制定6S活动评比方法

Formulate appraisal method of the 6S activities.

2.2.4 每年制定一个“6S月”或每月制定一个“6S日”,定期进行6S强化活动

Develop a “6S Month” every year or develop an “6S day” per month to strengthen the

6S activities.

2.3 教育 Education

2.3.1 关于6S的内容和目标,实施方法,评比方法等的培训。

Organize the training about the 6s contents, implementation methods and the
