来自魔鬼的英语：devil’sadvocate
很多时候，为了更全面地就某个问题进行讨论评估，经常会有人故意提出质疑反对，
但实际上，对自己所提出的反对意见，并不是真心地认同。
在英语中，这种人被称为devil’s advocate，这种行为称为to play devil’s
advocate，直译成中文就是“扮演魔鬼的代言人”，通常被翻译成“唱反调”或“吹毛
求疵”。
实际上，和“唱反调”截然不同的是，英语中devil’s advocate这个说法，并不带
有任何贬义，没有鸡蛋里挑骨头、故意找茬捣乱的含义。
基督教中，魔鬼Devil的名字是Satan，原本是服侍上帝的天使。
在日常讨论问题时，人们经常用到devil’s advocate。下面这段自我介绍，大致演
示了devil’s advocate的含义：
So basically my role in the company is toplay the devil's advocate to each new
proposal before we commit to it. Even ifI think the proposal sounds terrific, I still
have to come up with reasons whyit might not work out.
