从古到今，性别歧视一直是人们争论的话题。在人们的观念中，无论

在哪个领域，男士始终扮演着重要的角色，而女士则处于劣势地位。

对于今天的社会来说，虽然人们一直提倡性别平等，男士和女士享有

同等地位，但是许多人仍然坚持性别歧视的观念。例如，相比较男士，

在寻找工作、职位提升时，女士往往处于劣势地位，企业更倾向于男

士发展，而不是女士。

在我的观点，这种观念是错误的，对于一个企业或社会的发展来说，

性别往往不是一个决定性的因素，而个人的能力则是最重要的。例如，

今年的美国总统大选，希拉里与特朗普同时竞争总统，尽管希拉里失

败了，从她的身上可以看出，相比较男士来说，在人们的生活中女士

仍然有能力担任重要的角色。我们应该改变男女地位不平等的观念，

给与更多的女士机会，只有这样，我们的社会才会变得更加和谐。

From ancient to now, gender discrimination has been a topic of debate.

In people's minds, no matter in which area, men always play an

important role, and women are at a disadvantage.

For today, although people have always been advocated for gender

equality, many people still adhere to the concept of gender

discrimination. For example, compared to men, when looking for work

annd job promotion, women tend to be at in a disadvantage position,

the company is more inclined to the development of men ,not women.

In my view, this concept is wrong, for a business or social development,

gender is not a decisive factor, and personal ability is the most

important. For example, the US presidential election for this year, Hillary

and Trump at the same time competing for president, even though

Hillary failed, from her body can be seen, compared to men, women still

have the ability to play an important Character in people's life . so We

should change the concept of inequality between men and women,

giving more opportunities for women. Only in this way, our society will

become more harmonious.
