之前的笔记本遇到创建虚拟机失败，无论是 virtualbox 还是 vmware 都不行。网上搜索这个问题，都是说关闭 windows 的 hypher-v 功能。可是我关闭了还是不行。
在这个问题上折腾了很久，最后干脆装了双系统。后来终于发现是因为在 windows 10 上启用了 Credential Guard 或 Device Guard。关闭 Credential Guard 和 Device Guard 就可以解决问题。具体步骤见参考链接：
