鉴于双方本着平等、自愿、诚信和友好合作的原则，达成

如下协议：

Whereas, the Parties have reached the following agreement

in accordance with the principles of equality, voluntariness, good

faith and friendly cooperation:

一、供货品种及数量

（2）供应方应保证向采购方提供的商品符合国家法律法

规、技术规范及相关标准的要求，不得存在质量问题。如有质

量问题，供应方应承担相应的违约责任。

The Supplier shall ensure that the goods provided to the

Purchaser comply with the requirements of national laws and

regulations, technical specifications and relevant standards, and

shall not have any quality problems. In case of any quality

problems, the Supplier shall bear corresponding breach of

contract liability.
