1．服务内容

根据客户要求派遣工程师，对合同号 XXXXXX 的XX机及其它设备进行安装。

卖方同意派遣有经验的工程师到买方的工厂进行指导安装、试机和培训服务。全部

时间为30天。相关费用由买方承担，如往返机票、工程师的费用、保险等 。另

外，安装期间，买方应向卖方的工程师提供食宿。安装过程中所需要的翻译由买方

负责安排。 用详细内容见合同附件Ⅰ。

1. Service Content

According to the buyer’s request to send the engineer for installation of XXX and other

equipment under Sales Contract XXXXXX , the seller agrees to send an experienced

engineer to the buyer’s factory to take the installation, commissioning and training

services. The whole period will be 30days. And the relative costs, such as round way air

tickets, engineer’s salary, insurance, etc will be borne by the buyer. In addition, the buyer

should provide the accommodation for the seller’s engineer during the stay in the buyer’s

factory. The installation translator need to be arranged by Buyer. The details are shown in

the Appendix 1 of the contract.

2.合同金额及付款方式Contract Value and

2.3.

Payment of the Contract:

2.3.1合同签定并接收到发票后5个工作日内买方应将合同总金额的100％即美

元XXXX整电汇至卖方指定的银行账户。在买方收到此项费用之后依照合同开始安

排安装工程师的签证机票及出国事宜。

Within 5 (five)working days after signing the Contract and receiving of invoice，the

Buyer shall remit 100% of the total contract value in exact amount of XXXXX

USD

by

T/T to the bank account designated by the Seller. After the seller get this payment, the

seller should arrange the visa and flight ticket and sent the installation worker go for

installation.

2.4因合同执行在买方国家产生的银行费用及税收费用应由买方承担，由卖方在

卖方国家产生的银行费用及税收费用由卖方承担。买方付款的银行手续费用由买方

承担，卖方收款的银行手续费用由卖方承担。

The banking charges and taxes incurred in the Buyer’s country for the execution of the

Contract shall be borne by the Buyer and the banking charges and taxes incurred inside the

Seller’s Country shall be borne by the Seller. The buyer covers the bank charge for the

transfer; the bank charge at the seller’s side is borne by the seller.
