CF/PLA形状记忆聚合物的4D打印技术研究
摘要:
形状记忆聚合物(SMPs)是一种具有特殊形状记忆效应的高分
子材料,已被广泛应用于制造智能材料和复合材料。近年来,
通过将SMPs与碳纤维(CF)和聚乳酸(PLA)等材料复合,得
到了具有更优异性能的材料。然而,传统的SMPs材料制备方
式存在一定的限制,难以实现复杂形状的制备。因此,本文提
出了一种基于4D打印技术的CF/PLA形状记忆聚合物的制备方
法。首先,利用计算机辅助设计软件进行建模,并进行材料性
能参数的预测。然后,将CF和PLA与SMPs材料混合,并利用
3D打印技术进行形状的制备。最后,通过加热处理使材料发
生形变,并从原始形状恢复到预设形状。实验结果表明,通过
该方法制备的CF/PLA形状记忆聚合物具有相对较高的强度和
韧性。本文的研究成果对SMPs材料的进一步研究和应用有重
要意义。

Introduction
Shape memory polymers (SMPs) are a kind of polymer
materials with special shape memory effect, which have
been widely used in manufacturing smart materials and
composite materials. Recently, by combining SMPs with
carbon fiber (CF) and polylactic acid (PLA) materials,
materials with more superior properties have been
obtained. However, the traditional method of preparing
SMPs materials has certain limitations and is
difficult to realize the preparation of complex shapes.
Therefore, this paper proposes a method for preparing
CF/PLA shape memory polymers based on 4D printing
technology. First, the computer-aided design software
is used for modeling and the material performance
parameters are predicted. Then, CF and PLA are mixed
with SMPs materials, and the shape is prepared using
3D printing technology. Finally, the material is
subjected to heat treatment to deform it and recover
it from the original shape to the preset shape. The
experimental results show that the CF/PLA shape memory
polymer prepared by this method has relatively high
strength and toughness. The research results of this
paper are of great significance for further research
and application of SMPs materials.
