摘要：Disclosed is a bioactive zirconia denture, wherein same has a gradient structure,

and sequentially comprises a bioactive outer surface layer and a substrate structure layer

(3) from an occlusal outer surface to an adhesive inner surface; the bioactive outer surface

layer is composed of an outer nano-pore layer (1) and an inner micron-pore layer (2); the

micron-pore layer (2) is composed of zirconia nano-grains and a plurality of micron-pores

penetrating through the micron-pore layer (2); the substrate structure layer (3) is

composed of an outer dense zirconia nano-grain layer and an inner dense zirconia

micron-grain layer; and the interface between the nano-pore layer (1) and the micron-

pore layer (2) forms a uniform gradient transition, and the interface between the micron-

pore layer (2) and the outer dense zirconia nano-grain layer of the substrate structure

layer (3) forms a uniform gradient transition. The bioactive zirconia denture has the

advantages of a high strength, high toughness, low friction coefficient, low abrasion to

the antagonist teeth, good biocompatibility and bioactivity.
