Unit 2 Healthy Eating Habits Eating healthy
foods is important for everyone. Eating a balanced

helps us maintain a healthy weight, get enough
energy and keep our bodies strong. It's also
important to limit unhealthy foods like processed
snacks and sugary drinks. Making small changes in
your diet can lead to big improvements in your
health.
