护士调节焦点量表的修订及信效度检验

Abstract Objective:To revise the Adjustment Focus Scale based on the characteristics of nursing work and organizational scenarios,
and to test its reliability and validity,in order to provide reliable measurement tool for research on adjustment focus of s:
On the basis of the Chinese version of Adjustment Focus Scale,the Adjustment Focus Scale for Nurses was formed by consulting relevant
literature,group discussion,Delphi expert correspondence,and pre⁃ reliability and validity of the Adjustment Focus
Scale for Nurses were tested by means of questionaire among 1 456 clinical nurses from a tertiary grade A s:The
item⁃content validity index(I⁃CVI)of Adjustment Focus Scale for Nurses ranged from 0.800 to 1.000,and the average scale⁃content validity
index(S⁃CVI/Ave) was Cronbach's α coefficient was the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension were 0.929
and results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the two common factors
was 83.259%,and the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that all fitting indexes were within the acceptable sions:The
Adjustment Focus Scale for Nurses had good reliability and validity,which could be used to investigate the current situation of
adjustment focus for hospital nurses.

摘要 目的:基于护理工作特点及组织情景修订调节焦点量表,检验其信效度,为护士调节焦点的研究提供可靠的测量工具。方法:
在中文版调节焦点量表基础上,通过查阅文献、小组讨论、德尔菲专家函询、预调查,形成护士调节焦点量表。选取某三级甲等医院
的1 456名临床护士进行问卷调查,测量其信效度。结果:修订后的护士调节焦点量表条目水平内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.800~
1.000,量表平均水平内容效度指数(S⁃CVI/Ave)为0.917。量表总体Cronbach's α系数为0.962,各维度Cronbach's α系数为0.929,
0.970。探索性因子分析结果显示2个公因子的累积方差贡献率为83.259%,验证性因子分析结果显示各项拟合指标均在可接受范
围内。结论:护士调节焦点量表具有较好的信效度,适用于医院护士调节焦点的现状调查。
