摘要：PURPOSE:To perform total energy conservation of air conditioning control and

illumination control by so controlling a blind that a sum of air conditioning consumption

energy of an air conditioning facility and illumination consumption energy of an

illumination facility becomes minimum. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioning controller 7

controls an air conditioning facility 2 by obtaining an air conditioning signal based on a

target air conditioning value, a temperature and a humidity and other detected value to

be detected. A blind controller 8 outputs an operation signal for opening, half-opening

and closing a blind 4 based on a blind state command from an integral energy

conversation controller 10A. An illumination controller 9 varies an illuminating light

quantity by altering a target illumination level and a safe resistance of a core coil of an

illuminator of an illumination facility 5 based on a light quantity detection signal of a

photodetector 5a of a structure of the facility 5. Thus, total energy conservation of the

air conditioning control and the illumination control can be realized.
