为弘扬中国传统文化，学生会将举行"诗歌朗诵大赛"(Poetry Recitation Contest)，
邀请学校国际部学生参加。请你根据提示写一则通知.内容要点包括：

Aiming to promote traditional Chinese culture， the Student Union is to hold
