596植物学通报25(5)2008 Studies of Cell Suspension Culture and Induction of Secondary Me. tabolism Products in Cinnamomum Iongepaniculatum Qin Weir,Li Wang ,Tihua Fu Lijun Zhou’ ,The Key Laboratory of Economic P/ant Protection and Utilization in SouthwestYibin College,Yibin 644000,China;2Sichuan ,Agricultural University,Ya'an 625014,China Abstract Well。growing and friable calli from leaves of Cinnamomum Iongepaniculatum were screened on Murashige and Skoog (MS)medium with diferent plant growth regulators including 6-benzyladenine(6-BA)and 1-naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA).Calli were cultured on MS medium,Gamborg medium(B5)and woody plant medium(WPM)through suspension culture,and secondaw metabolism products were detected.Well。growing and friable-structured calli were induced on 2 mg-L一’6-BA+05 mg・L~NAA. .and growth of calii was best on B5 medium in three liquid media.Single cells were formed on B5 medium with 02 mg-L一’6-BA+ .0.5mg。L~NAAaftertwo periodsofsubcultivation.Morethan 50%benzenemethanolwas detectedinthe secondawmetabolism products.
