Windows XP 中默认不带添加证书的 console，所以首次需要自己添加。
1.1. 添加证书进 console
- From Windows XP, select Start > Run to open the command line.
- Type mmc into the Run dialog box and click OK to run the Microsoft Management Console (MMC).
- From within MMC, select File > Add/Remove Snap-in.
- Click Add.
- Click Certificates.
- Click My user account.
- Click Finish.
- Click Close on the Add Standalone Snap-in dialog box.
- Click OK on the Add/Remove Snap-in dialog box.
1.2. 添加证书
Internet Explorer 进去，Internet Explorer 选项，Content，证书，Import，选择文件，受信任的根证书颁发机构。
