Step 1 Presentation
1、Do you remember Millie, Sandy , Simon, and Daniel? Who likes
sports?(Simon)
What about Amy? What sport is Amy good at?
(She is good at swimming)
2、Show volleyball and tennis
Look at the balls in my hand. What is this big one? It is a volleyball. What about
this small one? It is a tennis ball.(Write the words on the blackboard)
3、Can you play volleyball? Do you like volleyball? Are you good at playing
tennis? Do you enjoy playing tennis?
Step2 Practice
1、Sports are very interesting. Students like sports very much. Please look at the
pictures in Part A. Do you know what sports they like?
2、Communication
T: Do you like playing volleyball? Are you good at playing football? Do you
enjoy swimming? What sports do you likeloveenjoy? What sports are you good
at?
3、Work in pairs
Do you like sports? Let’s know what sports your friends like.
Step3 Presentation

1、Sports are good for us. But sometimes we are very busy and have no time. I
think walking is also good. I like walking and I walk in the park many times a
week. (Write down walking and time)
If you have time, you can walk many times a day. Do you like walking? Do you
often walk to school? Oh, really?
2、Show a picture
