锤子科技发展历程分析与研究

摘要

随着智能手机的产生以及在我国的快速普及,智能手机成为了人们的生活必需

品,而手机市场也成为创业者的蓝海,虽然有很多手机品牌不尽人意,但投身手

机行业的创业者依然越来越多,锤子科技作为诸多新生手机品牌之一,在知名度

及产品本身等方面来说是成功的,在业内及消费者都获得了一定的认可。但仍然

有其不足之处,而这些不足,甚至是致命的问题,也正是其未能达到预期目标的

主要原因。本文将通过对锤子手机创业资源、行业环境、商业模式及SWOT的分

析,探索锤子手机发展历程,并从中发现锤子手机所面临的问题,给出相应的对

策及建议。

ABSTRACT

As the smartphone and the rapid popularization in our country, smart

phones become people necessities of life, and the mobile phone market is

becoming an entrepreneur blue ocean, although there are a lot of mobile

phone brand is unsatisfactory, but more and more entrepreneurs are still

in the mobile phone industry, hammer technology as one of many new mobile

phone brand, in terms of reputation and the product itself is a success,

in the industry and customers have been recognized. But still has its

shortcomings, and the insufficient, even fatal problem, it is the main

cause of its failure to achieve goals. This article through to the hammer

mobile business resources, industry environment, business model and SWOT

analysis, explore the hammer mobile phone development course, and to find

a hammer mobile phone the problems facing, given the corresponding

countermeasures and Suggestions.
