摘 要
企业较强的可持续增长能力能够帮助其在长期内保持稳健的增长，在竞争激
烈的市场中保持盈利，实现经营目标，提升企业的市场地位。经营者可以实现自
身的价值，企业也可以为社会做出更大的贡献。本文主要探讨中兴通讯企业的可
持续增长能力现状，通过对其企业日常经营中可持续增长能力进行分析，找出问
题的症结所在，并尝试提出相应的对策和解决方案，促进中兴通讯企业的发展。
提出解决中兴通讯企业可持续增长难题途径：一是中兴通讯企业应提高、完善企
业的财务制度、加强企业自身的信用建设；二是加快资产的周转，继续开拓市场，
增加公司的市场占有率，扩大销售规模；三是更新产品，加强研发力度。

Enterprise as An Example
Abstract
The strong sustainable growth ability of enterprises can help them maintain
steady growth in the long term, maintain profits in the competitive market, achieve
business objectives and improve their market position. Operators can realize their own
value and enterprises can make greater contributions to the society. This paper mainly
discusses the status quo of zte's sustainable growth ability, analyzes its sustainable
growth ability in daily operation, finds out the crux of the problem, and tries to put
forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions to promote the development of
zte. First, zte should improve and perfect its financial system and strengthen its own
credit construction. Second, speed up the turnover of assets, continue to expand the
market, increase the company's market share, expand the scale of sales; Third, we
need to update our products and strengthen our r&d efforts.
