摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper which can discharge an article
stored in the hopper in a vertical downward direction in a good collection and without
outward ON: A hopper is equipped with a hopper body 25, and a gate
26 which is so provided as to be rotatable over a closing position and an open position.
According to this hopper, a storage space for storing an article is formed by the hopper
body 25 and the gate 26 positioned at the closing position, and the gate 26 positioned at
the closing position is rotated to the open position, whereby the article stored in the
storage space is discharged downwards. The hopper body 25 has peripheral walls 25b,
25c which so extend below the gate 26 positioned at the closing position that the gate 26
positioned at the closing position can be accommodated in the hopper ED
