2.0 Purpose

范围

This document describes the external inspection reject criteria for internal PCBAs.

本文件制定了内置式PCBAs外观检验拒收标准。

3.0 Scope

范围

The criteria shall be for visual and cosmetics defect on PCBAs which are to be encased

manufactured by Creative Technology’s subsidiaries and subcontractors.

本标准适用于由创新子公司和外协厂家制造的待包装PCBAs的目视和外观缺陷。

4.2.1.1 Inspection for PCBAs shall be conducted under fluorescent light with the PCBA

placed at 30 cm (half-arm length) from the inspector’s eyes.

在日光灯下，把PCBAs放在距检验员眼睛30 cm（半臂长）的地方检验。

4.2.1.2 The inspector must hold the PCBA slightly below eye-level.

检验员必须把PCBA轻放在眼睛下方。

4.2.1.3 PCBA is considered rejected if the discrepancy is visible at any angles.

从任何角度缺陷均可见则PCBA将被拒收。

4.2.1.4 Inspect each PCBA according to section 4.2.2 up to section 4.2.9.

根据4.2.2到4.2.9部分检验每片PCBA。

4.2.2 Silkscreen Printing 丝印

Silkscreen printing includes all the alphanumeric, characters, and symbols printed onto

any part of the unit.

丝印包括印在任何单元部分上的所有的数字与文字，字符和符号。

The applicable areas are 可适用范围:

A = Creative Logo 创新标识(if applicable)

Reject Criteria

拒收标准

Complete (> 50% area) missing characters in the markings

标识中字符完全缺失

Illegible characters in the markings

标识中有难以辨认的字符

Open areas of characters or symbols are filled which likely to result in

confusion with another number, letter or symbol

字符或符号的空白区域被其它数字、字母或符号所填充而容易混淆

part of marking is missing, broken or smeared which likely to result in

confusion with another number, letter or symbol

部分标识丢失，断裂或有抹痕，易被混淆成其它数字、字母或符号

Misposition of legend marking that cover PTH or SMT pad

PTH或SMT焊盘上的标识移位

Marking smeared or blurred but is still legible

标识有抹痕或毛边但仍清晰可辨

Double images that are legible

重影但清晰可辨

Applicable Areas 应用区域

Creative Logo, Model Number, Product Description, Card Revision, Datecode,

UL and Flammability Logo.

创新标识、型号、产品描述、卡版本号、日期代号、UL代号和防火等级标识。






