I am a middle school student. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and

disappointment about the unpleasant experience which happened a few days ago. I bought

some books from the Internet. But when I received the books, I was disappointed to find

that some of the books are not only poorly printed, but also slightly damaged, and even

some pages are missing. In addition, some of the books are more expensive than those in

the local bookstores.

I’m writing to complain about a pair of sneakers I recently purchased from your

website. What I ordered was a pair of black size 9 shoes, but beyond expectations, I

received a pair of white size 8.5 shoes instead. Worse still, it really annoyed me that the

shoes which should have arrived on April 10 didn’t reach me until April 20. For the above

reasons, I demand either a new pair of black size 9 shoes be sent to me immediately or I

should be given a full refund. By the way, if I send back the wrong shoes, will your

company pay for the postage?

surprise, instead of helping me solve the problem, the man, in a rude manner, refused to

examine it.

Generally, your shop is well-known for good service and that is why I bought the electric

shop.
