水乙二醇抗燃液压油后处理流程

1.首先将水乙二醇抗燃液压油送至沉淀罐。

oil is sent to the sedimentation tank.

2.在沉淀罐中进行沉淀分离处理。

Precipitation separation treatment is carried out in the

sedimentation tank.

3.将沉淀后的固体物质进行过滤处理，去除杂质。

impurities.

4.过滤后的液体再经过活性炭吸附处理。

The filtered liquid is then subjected to activated carbon

adsorption treatment.

5.经过吸附处理后的液体送至脱水罐进行脱水处理。

dehydration tank for dehydration treatment.

6.脱水后的液体再经过离心机离心分离处理。

The dehydrated liquid is then subjected to centrifugal

separation treatment.

7.将离心分离后的液体送至精馏塔进行精馏处理。

8.经过精馏处理后的液体经冷凝器冷凝后经管道输送至储存罐中。
